The East Timorese team enters Dili determined to create positive change.
May 4th 2006 - 3 Board members of SOLS 24/7 were sent for international posting in East Timor despite the tense situation in the capital city. Violent protests were staged causing damage to buildings and forcing hundreds of Timorese to fled from Dili.
Plans to expand into East Timor were not halted and Humble, Sokheng and Excellence were sent to East Timor despite the tense situation in Dili. Looking at the positive side, this will give them a chance to provide assistance to any casualties during the riots.
Expansion works are developing slowly but the East Timorese team is committed to establishing SOLS 24/7 in East Timor so as to develop the lives of underprivileged youths in the country.
