Mr. Madenjit Singh has obtained an impressive amount of experience in high-level corporate and management training in Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore, apart from being a certified trainer at SMCI Programs (Texas, USA), and a senior lecturer at Norton University in Cambodia.
Having had no less than 26 years of personal experience in the research and testing of modifying negative behavior, he developed the Science of Life Systems program, receiving recognition and audiences with the Kings and Ministers of Education of Cambodia and Malaysia for his outstanding work. He and his sons’ endeavors in teaching youth from developing countries have received much media attention, as well as special letters of appreciation & admiration from several dignitaries.
Channel News Asia (CNA) featured him and his son, Dhinu as one of their Asians of the Year 2010.
He has also developed the proven Formula & Practice, Formula and Logical Practice English Learning Program, Motivation, Leadership & Character building programs and is currently documenting his research in the Science of Life Book.
Dhinu Dhanveer Singh became probably the youngest Country Director ever in the Social Service Industry at the age of 19. He was in charge of L-CDI (SOLS 24/7 Pilot Project in Cambodia), where he was responsible for the day to day operations, training of staff-volunteers, general volunteers and the students, coordinating with the concerned authorities as well as managing and monitoring. He single-handedly ran & managed the entire setup of the teacher training center as well as 22 province training centers in Cambodia, while under the guidance and supervision of Mr. M. Singh, Founder and Father.
For the past 7 years (since 2004) he single-handedly manages the operations and overseas the board members in GDI (SOLS 24/7 Cambodia).
He recently won the AYA Award for Most Outstanding Youth in Malaysia – 2008 for his Humanitarian efforts in Cambodia, Malaysia and Timor Leste. He has also received a personal letter of praise and support from Datin Paduka Dr. Santha Kumari for his appointment in Cambodia.
At the age of 20, he then became the official counselor for SOLS 24/7.
He is a Director of DR Maids & Manpower and is also a Science of Life Certified International Trainer. He also conducts Leadership and Team Building courses for youths in Japan, Timor Leste, Malaysia, Singapore & Cambodia and is slowly evolving around the globe. In the past he has held positions as a Director of CII in Cambodia.
As a Social Entrepreneur & teacher, Raj Ridvan Singh has passionately worked towards the progress of the socio-economic status of youths by empowering them with capacity- building, life skills, leadership and employment skills that positively affect the development of the community and nation on a macro-level.
For over 12 years, he and Dhinu Dhanveer Singh (brother) leads Science of Life Systems 24/7 (SOLS 24/7), Malaysia, Cambodia, Timor Leste, Laos & Thailand. T. Raj Ridvan Singh serves as the International Director & Co-Founder. He served as Country Director of SOLS 24/7 in East Timor. He is currently expanding his social development work as the Country Director of SOLS 24/7 Malaysia . SOLS 24/7 is committed to the holistic education and long-term development of youths throughout Southeast Asia. 80,000 youths have gone through SOLS 24/7′s training in academic, job, leadership and life-skills education.
For his continuous efforts in youth education, he was awarded the YouthActionNet Award-2004 by International Youth Foundation, The Youth & ICT Award-2005 by Global Knowledge Partnership and was presented the Youth Social Enterprise Fellowship by YSEI in 2006. T. Raj secured a Microsoft Grant for his social enterprise in Timor-Leste (SOLS 24/7) after impressing the panel during the the Scale-up Pitching session at YSEF in 2008. He is also the winner of the KLue Blue Chilli Award Malaysia 2008. In 2009 he setup 2 State-of-the-Art ICT Labs for the National University of Timor Leste fully funded by USAID. T.Raj has been instrumental in establishing a relationship with the Hong Leong Foundation, Vijayaratnam Foundation, Carrefour and many other national partners of SOLS 24/7 Malaysia.
Teacher Raj received a letter of praise and support from Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and President of Timor Leste Dr. Jose Ramos Horta for SOLS 24/7′s efforts in Timor Leste in July 2009.
He has represented ASEAN, Malaysia & Cambodia in several distinguished international conferences in Malaysia, Tunisia, Argentina, Sri Lanka, USA, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and Cambodia. He was a plenary speaker at several of these conferences presenting on youth related issues and sharing his work experience in implementing sustainable socio-economic development programs for poor urban & rural communities.
Being experienced in the field of Social Entrepreneurship, ICT 4D, Youth Development and Leadership & Character building he currently is a speaker in these various fields and has mentored, trained and gave talks at various International and National Conferences & Conventions.
Teacher Raj is also the CEO of SOLS SMART a company established to provide holistic development, English and computer training programs for corporations, businesses, organizations and associations. 80% of all profits generated goes towards the social and charity arm of Science of Life Studies 247 Bhd.
He is the Founder & Director of DR Resource Management, (DR Maids & Manpower | DR Import & Export (Malaysia & Cambodia). His successful business has provided employment to foreign nationals, enabling them to earn an income to support their families back home & the Import of Dried Fruits from the Middle East to Cambodia.
At the age of 16, he was awarded the Youngest Microsoft Certified Professional in ASEAN and at 17, he became the Youngest Certified Systems Engineer in ASEAN. He then became Head of Technical Department & Professional Computer Trainer for New Horizons Int’l Computer Learning Center – Melaka, Malaysia.
Ms. Vong Srei Toch @ Chealy – As one of the students who joined SOLS 24/7 when it first began operations in Cambodia, Srei Toch (affectionately known as Teacher Chealy) was given the opportunity to take on leadership roles in the organization. She became an International Director and the Principle of SOLS 24/7 Dili, Teacher Training Center. To date she has contributed with training materials, such as English Workbooks, and other tools which help students learn English as a second language. She is currently traveling as an International Trainer with SOLS 24/7.
