Job Overview


The Accounts Executive position would be accountable for supporting the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of SOLS 24/7 Malaysia. They would work alongside the Chief Financial Officer and be a part of our accounts team, which recognizes hard work and passion for numbers.

What do I need?


  • Required skill(s): time management, organization, communication, experience using an accounting system.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Finance/Accountancy/Banking diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

What will I do?


  • Petty cash. Control and handle petty cash claims and cash in advance request from staff. Daily reconciliation of petty cash in MYOB;
  • Daily Bank reconciliation. Print bank statement and reconcile bank accounts with MYOB;
  • Check receipts from personal expenses and project expenses and report to CFO;
  • Follow up payments from Donors and Clients;
  • Record income, expenses, assets and liabilities in accounting software;


  • Prepare Profit and Loss report and review it with head department;
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses while resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities;
  • Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, bank reconciliation and other internal reports;



  • Accounting clerical duties by coordinating activities with other departments and answer enquiries from employees;
  • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
