 Job Overview

 

The Management Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of departments in an administrative, supervising role, and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). With the aim of smoothing communication between management and department-level positions, the Intern will focus on filtering information, providing updates, and performing a wide variety of administrative and operations-related tasks.

What do I need?

  • Training or Qualification in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 6 to 12 months of professional experience in the related field;
  • High English proficiency; Written and verbal;
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Able to multi-task;
  • Able to work autonomously, but also cooperate with a team;
  • Good communication and people skills;
  • Knowledge of and experience with various software – including Google Drive, DropBox, and Microsoft Office.

What will I do?

Administration

  • Assist the COO with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings or events
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Operate and manage office supplies and equipment

Logistics & Coordination

  • Assist with internal reporting on department performance
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure procedures are being followed properly

Communication

  • Provide daily and weekly reports to the COO about various departments
  • Filter information provided by multiple departments
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Answer inquiries and provide requested information
